Refund policy

Refunds:

If your product arrives damaged, contact me by email: oneofusiscrocheting@gmail.com
I can then offer a replacement or a refund. If your order never arrives, you must wait 5 business days after the expected delivery date for national orders and 10 business days for international orders before I can send out a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns are not accepted.
